Dealer feedback in Iowa City

If Jared is still the BMW mechanic at the Iowa City store he has done excellent work on my 2012 RT over the past 10 years. I do the minor maintenance myself and my bike hasn't had the need for major work yet but if it needed service I would of taken it to him. Not sure where you are located but other options for you although possibly 4+ hours away would be Gateway in St. Louis and Engles in Kansas City. Good luck with your service

If you're talking about Powersports in Champaign-Urbana, I have mixed reviews. They lost their BMW tech at one point and were still attempting to service bikes without anyone to sign off on service. Prior to that they did good work. Haven't been to them in a couple years.

Thank you for the candid feedback. Will give Iowa City dealer a try, then I will drive further and try out St. Louis if I need another option.

Sorry, late to the party here - did you end up having Jared take care of your bike? He's a top notch mechanic and an overall nice guy. I would never hesitate taking my bike to him.
