I replaced the fuel filter. In order to make sure I wouldn't get the filter in backwards I took a pix of which way the arrow points and followed that.

I know the pump is working, cuase I wired the extra 12 volt outlet to it.

I removed the canister, got those lines backwards and corrected that.

I installed quick disconnects in opposite directions of each other.

When I try to get her running, it won't fire up--just turning the over.

My only guess at this point is that the lines to and from the injectors are backwards at the QD?

I can't seem to find which line from the fuel pump goes to the injectors and which is the return line.

ANy other guess as to why she won't start?

I didn't change the spark plugs--so I'm guessing check for spark would be a place to start.

I checked the fuel lines against a pix I took. They are correct.

While checking the quick disconnects I lost the rubber O-ring on the male. So now one QD leaks.

Time to drain the tank again so that I can remove the leaking QD.

Still stumped as to why she won't start?

The most common reason is one of the clamps you just messed with has come loose. May be able to look in the filler neck and watch for swirling gas when the pump runs. If the o-ring is gone and the QD is just slightly leaking and not spraying fuel all over the place - my bet is on the loose clamp.

Thank you for your time and the suggestion.

I didn't try and start her with the QD leak.

But, if that's a good way to check the fuel pump pumping fluid, I'll try it before I replace the QD.
