Hi, has anyone heard of a clutch pipe fracturing at the slave cylinder end causing a loss of pressure?
Right now I am replacing the slave cylinder, but was wondering why the was so much fluid around the area of the slave cylinder
Any help guys is much appreciated...

A picture could help. The line to the slave cylinder can loosen and leak also.

Is the leak external, or leaking from inside the slave ?

could be a leak on banjo washers, My thoughts if brake lines should be replaced at 10yrs. clutch line should be replaced also. Same fluid same rubber..

The fluid is all over the area of the housing? going to fit the slave cylinder when it arrives and give it a good bleed before refitting the swingarm etc? let's hope it's not a pipe as well :(
