Assuming one is careful with a drill, pressure, and understands not to drill through the slave cylinder itself, can the slave cylinder weep hole be drilled without removing the swing arm on a 2003 LT? It looks like I can to me. Any info about the best place to punch the hole (distance away from the rest of the transmission case) would be appreciated.

Also, what about the bell housing hole. I assume that can be done with everything installed. Can anyone provide a link to a pic or two?

Thanks!

You chances of drilling the clutch slave weep hole without removing any parts is slim to none. The slave cylinder really needs to come out. Any damage and you'll have no clutch at all.

As for the bell housing weep hole, you're good to go there.
