I went to Ringneck Brewery (Cleveland) 2 weekends ago and brewed my own beer! 13.5 gallons of it. They have a small brewery where you can brew your own beer using thier recipes/ingredients. It took about 3 hours (and about twice as many beers) to brew and get it into the cooler for fermentation. Bottling is in 2 weeks.....I simply cannot wait to drink my efforts!

Man, does THAT ever sound like a great way to spend a wintery weather day!!!
I think I will have to try to find one of those brew your own places around here somewhere!
