It's rare these days to see customer service at a high level - cost and profit is the focus of almost all companies in this difficult economy, and personal customer service is usually seen as a cost, not as an opportunity.
My wife bumped my bike
and damaged the long piece on the left side of the BMR Products Side Case Trim that I had. Bummed, I contacted BMR Products to ask if I could buy a replacement piece versus a whole new kit. Brett came back to me within hours, expressed his empathy and offered to ship a replacement piece free of charge. He shipped it the very next day, and coming across the country from CA to upstate NY only took 2 more days.
I am personally very appreciative of Brett doing this - he was under no obligation to do so - and I thought I'd share this high quality experience with you all just in case anyone is thinking about doing business with BMR Products and wondering if they stand behind their products, because clearly they are a 1st class company. Thanks Brett! :thumb:
