Has anyone else experienced the stupid ASC switch falling apart?

I'm on the my 2nd one that the switch has fallen out of grrrrr ...... the similarly designing rear heated seat switch also failed previously too. they seem to be a fairly crap design

... sourced a used one, anyone know how to swap them?

Oooo in the end I didn't need to, despite sourcing a used one BMW agreed to do a goodwill warranty replacement on it as it had failed before So I still have the used one as a future spare
