Is anyone aware of a helmet manufacturer that offers a blue that matches the '07 Biarritz Blue?

Shoei Multitec and Scorpion EXO 700 have blues that are close, but a little lighter.

You'd be better off (and happier in the long run) getting a helmet that FITS you correctly and getting it painted with a some actual blue from BMW and a number of layers of clear. Not sure where you are geographically, but there are actually a couple people in the North Dallas area that advertise their work as "Helmet airbrushing" via Google and the yellow pages.
