This is how I change my tires.
Three tire irons to take tire off and mount with soap and water.
48 PSI

That's funny. The bead breaker on my HF tire changer works fine, but I've yet to master the big tire iron that comes with it. End up using mostly two tire irons.

Two things.
1. Does it come with a manual :histerica
2. Cost if you had the 2"x4" and the only thing missing was the SUV :histerica :histerica
Seriously though to avoid rim scaring you could lay it on a blanket. How quick is the whole job and getting the tire back on the rim.

It took me less than one hour to have the wheel back on the bike and final drive fluid changed.

No cussing necessary

I have never had to do any work on the LT before other than cleaning.
But it's good to learn other technics especially if pressed into a situation where one had to improvise. Seems like that would give your arms and shoulders a good workout. I bet after the first time it gets easier and easier after that.

leverage, no workout at all.
