Hi everyone,
I'm thinking of installing DynaBeads in my tires.
Has anyone done this and if so how would you rate them?

Another question, I'm hearing that the new battery chargers like the "Extreme Charge XC100" will more than double your battery life by agitating the acid through continual electrical pulses, minimizing the size of lead sulfates that inhibit charge retention. Does anyone have proof of this?

Cheers, Bill

I am sure that this would work fine on conventional wet cell batteries, but it won't do much agitating on the Absorbed Glass Mat (AGM) or Gel batteries as the acid is not a liquid but a paste.

As for the Dyna beads???? I guess they work but I change my own tires and the thought of billions of little tiny beads going all over the place at tire removal doesn't thrill me.

What the " f _ _ k" are dyna beads and who is the "a _ _ _ _ _ e" tha came up with them?
Well, I remember when I used to go to the car races they would inject the tires with a balancing goopy liquid for stopping their tires from deflating if punctured. This goopy substance also balanced the tires at high speeds.

Apparently these small beads, and there are only about 150 in each tire, flows to the spot in your tire to create a overall balance at any speed. Are they needed at all? That's why I went online to see if anyone had ever used them.

It does not take long for some of these threads to go into the gutter for no reason at all. There has to be a better way to express yourself without getting vulgar piernologo...

Meeeeeeeee tooooooooo! Thought I was back on the Harley discussion board there for a minute! Check the "tire" section, and you'll see some of us that are using them successfully.

I have them in the LT and the FJR. Don't have many miles on them yet, so I can't give you much of a report. One thing you want to be sure and do is get the valve stems with the filter. If you don't, the little beads get stuck in the valve and let all the air out when you check tire pressure. Three of the guys I ride with have all gone to the beads, no real performance problems, other than the valve stem issue. The real test will be if we get better mileage out of the tires as a result.

THIS is a good thread. I am also wondering about them and looking hard to make a decision soon as I will be needing tires and also installing a Smart Tire system.

I tried them but didn't put them in with the next set of Metz. I guess they worked but I now have the MarkParnes Balancer and it does work!
