I am installing 2" LED lights under the air cooler intake on my 2011 RT. I can't find brackets for them here in Australia so want to make them. Has anyone a photo of a suitable bracket for me to look at? I assume from earlier posts that you use the existing screw on the vertical plastic fairing plus put in another screw on that vertical side and hang the light from the top of the L shaped bracket.

There is a US company that makes brackets for PIAA lights that many on this forum have used for their K1200LTs.

A search might find the company before I can locate it for you. They were well made for specific bikes and were quite easy to install. I had them on my K1200LT.

I bought two Savage 10W CREE LED's from AutoElects Australia on eBay. I was going to buy some brackets from the US company Ezymounts but they are out of stock for my 2011 RT and I have a long trip coming up. And they are about $120 a pair plus freight, pretty pricy for what you get. So given an idea of what they look like and where you fix them to the fairing I reckon I could knock a couple up from some stainless sheeting. I also bought some mini-bullet LEDs from a UK company to mount on my ZTechnik engine bars. There is nothing like being visible to the tin-tops I reckon.
All I want now is a photo. Anyone got one out there?
