Ideas for rides in the Asheville, NC area?

Will be staying in Lake Lure. Bike= probably GSA with wife.

Not too difficult.....just about anywhere around that area is very nice.
Blue Ridge Parkway is nice - not just along it, but any road that goes up and over/under it as well. The roads around Brevard are good too.

The Snake is about 90 miles north of Asheville. Very nice.
