BMW of Grand Rapids, Michigan is having a hog roast on Oct. 15 to celebrate their 15th anniversary.

Ought to be a good time. Stop in and say hi to Blane and the gang.

I was up there last Saturday. I was able to overhear some of the planning. Talk was of getting an 800 lb. pig to roast. Everyone was a little astounded at the size. It will probably end up being more around the 4-500 lb. range. Should be a good time no matter what size they roast. Unfortunately, Blane continues to schedule the open houses/get togethers on my drill weekends. I'll be uniform and unable to attend. I've got to talk to him about that.

I'm curious. How long do you have to roast a HOG before it's edible? I just hate trying to chew on half roasted chrome. It keeps getting stuck in my teeth.

Depends on the marinade. Whether it's synthetic or regular dyno juice.
