Recently turned 100K for the 2nd time on an LT.

This was done on Hwy 11, just East of Nipigon, ONT while completing an ONTARIO SS 1000 IBA ride. Was curious to see if the odometer was going to show 100000 or rollover at 99999...it goes to the six digits. Actually the bike has 118,000 miles on it as the entire Odometer module was replaced at 18,000 miles to try to fix the faulty fuel gauge issue (that has never been fixed).

Purchased bike in Sept 2004 to replace my 2002 that caught fire and burned up at the dealer with 131K.

It seems there are always "issues" with the bike, but it sure is fun to ride.

p.s. I have tried to upload the jpeg image of the odometer...but I am doing something wrong, or the system is not working.

congrats! Sure is fun to wear out motorcycles, huh?
Wonder if I can wear this one out. Nursed a FLH to 128,000 miles with no major issues. 1 stator assembly under warranty, shredded 1 primary belt, hit a Lincoln that turned left out of the right lane, was OK again after I straightened the frame. Was using 1 quart of 50 weight oil in 300 miles when I sold her. Still ran good.

Hope to see 200k or more with this one.

Hi John,
Congrats on the recent 100k celebration!
BTW... I have a spare fuel guage if you are interested. I thought mine was bad, but it turned out to be the fuel level sensor.

Cheers,

Wolf
