#7 or fuse #15 on the schematic is an always hot line to the OBC so that would be normal. #6 or fuse #14 on the schematic is the switched power to the OBC from ignition. Check to make sure that fuse #14 ( 6 ) is not hot with the key off. This should be the wake up signal to the OBC. If this line is always hot also, then you have an issue there. If it comes and goes as it should with the ignition switch, then as I stated in the first post, the OBC is suspect as being bad and the dash lights are connected to the OBC according to the schematic.
Thanks Gordon, will check that. Seems odd that everything else, apart from the non working headlight and one blown parking light, works fine. The dash lights show a fault which I attribute to these bulbs not working.
You mentioned a clicking by the OBC, Not sure this is normal but I have an 01, not an 06 and they are slightly different but mine doesn't click. I suspect it is not normal for yours but someone who has one will have to confirm that part. Pull fuse 6 from box 2 and see if the dash goes off with the key off. If not, the you may be looking for another OBC or some short in that area.
