Should be a 6 CD changer and undoubtedly someone on this forum will gladly part with theirs for $50 or less.

Might be a good time to try one of the iPod controllers. Search the forum for iPod and you can see what lots of folks have done.

Lets clarify what you mean by "stopped working"

1. Does the unit eject the magazine when you push the blue eject button

2. Does the unit accept a magazine and load it

3. Does the unit scan a loaded CD

4. Were there CD's in the unit when it stopped

5. Can you hear noises coming from the changer at anytime

Note the CD changer will load, eject and scan the CD even with the key in the off position

If the CD Changer is indeed dead you might check the fuse on the back of the unit - it is
purple and if you need one let me know as I have several of these.

I tried posting pictures to show you but the moderator will not allow me to post before they

If that in $50 + Shipping... I'd say I could part with mine for that... :rotf:

Once a year, on average mine will refuse to do its job. So far I've been able to get it back on line with some short bursts of compressed air to the inards. Only wish all fixes were that quick and cheap.
