My ‘06 (new to me), when the key is removed, the command panel “ON” button stays illuminated and the radio will still come on. Is this normal? Seems odd to me if it is normal. What is the reasoning for this if it’s normal? Thanks for the replies!

Turn the key to R (first left click) you are in the accessory position. Ignition and lights are off. You can turn on the radio. Turn the bars and lock the fork you are in full off position. You can get to full off by turning the key towards the fork lock position but not lock the forks and be in full off but you cannot remove the key.
