Updated Brakes On Hannigan?

Has Anyone Ever Had Problems Installing The Upgraded Brakes Sent From Hannigan? Rotors Are Larger, So A Larger Caliper Mount Is Installed. Then The Top Of The Caliper Is Binding Against The Inside Of The Rear Wheel.
Appreciate Any Help.
