Title Work on Trike

Once you have the conversion completed on your bike, are you required to get a revised title and registration?

No problem with title or reg. It's still considered a 2 wheeler, nor with insurance it's just a 15k add on, but thats nebraska. We converted in 09 and no problems so far.
I suggest that you convert as close to home as possible, Is easer dealing with Hannigan, a paint issue.

Re: Title Work on Trike

A little late to reply but the State of Washington has yet to devise a way to tax my Hannigan 2+2 sidecar(except for an excise tax which is equal to the sales tax + 1%) when I bought the unit in the state of Oregon. They did, however, figure out a way to require me to take both written and driving trike/sidecar tests which resulted in an enhancement to my category 2 motorcycle endorsement. I am now the proud owner of a category 7 endorsement. All 2 wheeled motorcycles and trike/sidecar. It was neither free nor convenient. As you might have expected.
