Question Moto-Training Survey

Good Evening All,

Was wondering what kind/level of Motorcycle Training forum members have completed.

For example: MSF Basic Rider Course (BRC), MSF Basic Rider Course -2 (BRC2, also previously known as the Experienced Riders Course - ERC), Street Masters Cornering work shop, California Superbike School, etc.

Data collected will be used to complete homework in a College Level Statistics Course I am taking.

I need at least 20 responses. Thanks in advance for helping!

Re: Moto-Training Survey

BRC, BRC-2, new Advanced, MSF-ITC (MSF instructor certification course), Harley-Davidson Riders Edge instructor certification course.

Good luck on the statics courses. It still gives me headaches thinking about inputting stuff into the SPSS software. Our sample was 650 of 1500 sent.

Let us know what you determine from the study. n=20 is a really small sample !

Everybody help him out please. The larger the sample the better the accuracy of the analysis.

Re: Moto-Training Survey

I took one-on-one courses from at Atlanta Motorcycle Schools from MSF Instructor, Ken Murray.

Street Bike 101 and Street Bike 301
These are probably equivalent to BRC & ERC

Re: Moto-Training Survey

I realize this survey ended a few years ago, so just for grins:

I never took a formal riding course. I learned on my own initially then about a year into riding in 1969, a friend of mine who was an avid reader of motorcycle magazines and fanatical about safety and skill took me under his wing and taught me all of the things I later read about in David Hough's Proficient Motorcycling series.

I guess that turned out to be pretty good training as I have had only one accident at about 341K into my current 420K miles of experience.
