Hookie day on Friday the 6th.

Going to tell the boss to kiss my ass and go for a ride with darling.

Friday the 6th.

Out to Wickenburg and out through Wenden and Salome to Parker. Pick up CR 1 down to Ehrenberg and on to I 10. Back to the Harquahala Valley road and south to Salome road to run some of the back roads, through Arlington and in to Buckeye.

Back to the 10 and on home.

Anyone want to tag along??

Why am I here and what day is it??

Re: Hookie day on Friday the 6th.

rt 60 was my route back to NW phoenix where my home is, when commuting to work from socal each weekend.

that huge old farm out there near wendon I think, have you seen those model A's sitting out there??? I figure someone has already asked them to sell so I have never stopped. They always grow strawberries but last year it was cotton, there had to be a zillion of those huge bails out in the field during harvest.

I think I see some model A delivery trucks and cars, with wood spoke wheels, 3-4 of them.

maybe I'll stop in there and see whats up when I get back to the SW after retirement the last day of March.

ps...I'm sure the boss won't have a problem LOL....I hope to be in the same boat in a few months myself

Wish I could, but I have had a lot of "hookie" day's of late and I have to take off on the 5th for some other responsibilities. Sounds like a nice ride though, so enjoy.

Same situation that I am in. The meetings usually go really well. Have fun on your ride.

Some people see the gas tank as half empty. Some see it as half full. All I care is that I know where the next tankful is coming from...

Oh, I can bring the heated jacket, I'm just not sure what I'm gonna plug it into.

Healing continues slowly. Every day is a bit better than the last.
