New Club forming in Northern AZ

NoAzRiders is forming for riders in and around the Flagstaff, Sedona area. Plans are to affiliate with BMWMOA, but all makes are welcome.

See the Google group:
http://groups.google.com/group/noazriders

From the site:Arrangements have been made for our February breakfast. Sunday,
January 20, approx. 08:30, at Junipine Resort restaurant. As most of
you know, this is down on 89A, in Oak Creek Canyon about a mile or two
north of Slide Rock Park. There is indoor seating for about 40 plus
an outdoor, east-facing patio. Steve Tarantino, the owner, mentions
that the sun doesn't hit the patio until about 09:20 at this time of
the year but if you're geared up for the motorcycle it should be no
problem.

Re: New Club forming in Northern AZ

I live in Surprise but spend most of summers in Prescott.
I would be interested in your new club. Is it still forming?
Have you set up any more rides/gatherings?
Let me know.

Re: New Club forming in Northern AZ

Last meeting must have had 30-40 riders. Here's info on the next meeting:

http://groups.google.com/group/noazr...f5b70647b340d7

"The April breakfast is scheduled for April 10 at Junipine Cafe (Route 89 A, a few miles north of Sedona) beginning 08:30-09:00. With more hours of sunshine and warmer temps,
the Junipine patio should be very inviting. The breakfast will be a
great starting point for a day ride so give that some thought. And
remember that there are others looking for ride events over the coming
weekends/weeks. If you have an idea, post it to gauge the interest.

In the same vein, I encourage everyone to begin thinking about some of
the upcoming events in our "area". The first is the Overland Expo in
Amado, AZ the weekend of April 1-3, the Heber, AZ rally May 20-22, and
the Panguitch, UT rally June 16-19."

Don't know if I'll make this one as I had hand surgery a while ago, and still am working on my hand mobility.
