Thanks Gilles and Jim for the B-day wishes! Had a nice day with the family and some BBQ ribs. Funny how fast this year went by (got to slow this down). Jim hows the cabin?

When you figure out how to slow it down, please share the info.
We finally closed on the cabin middle of last month. Ten months to the day and over 300 e-mails between us, the Realtor, and the bank people from when we wrote the first check to the escrow account. I have been going up a couple of times a week between jobs down here to work on things. Nothing serious, just a lot of little things that add up to a bunch of time. We will go up over Memorial weekend to stay for a few days. Should have all of the furniture and stuff in place by then.
