Looking for LT riders in Los Angeles

I live in West Los Angeles and haven't seen any other LTs around. Looking for somebody to ride with who has free time during the week as well as weekends. Owning an LT not really a requirement but if you've had yours a while maybe I could learn something.

Hey Bill, I am in the Valley (Winnetka), and I usually ride every other weekend when I don't have my kids. I also try to squeeze a ride after work every now and then, especially in Summer when days are longer...
I was at the Rock Store yesterday and I saw a canyon red LT but I did not see its owner.
Shoot me a PM me with your e-mail addy.

Re: Looking for LT riders in Los Angeles

Bill - there is a fair amount of LTs in So Cal. As most of us have to work for living and the crazy commute patterns, we don't get together as much as we would like to. I live in the low desert, La Quinta, Ca, but occasionally ride over to the coast. There is a lot of great riding roads in this part of the country. Give me a shout if you are interested in riding the San Bernadino Mountains. Also, there is a few of us who make the ride and spend the night in Cambria every spring. Giles will fill you in on the details. The last few years we met @ Gilles place and rode up together.

Hey Zippy, reach me at <[email protected]> and we can get together some weekend. My kids are grown and my work week is sporadic.

Thanks for the info. I saw the Cambria ride invite and have been thinking about it. Looks like it's one of those things that gets filled pretty quickly. Trouble for me right now is it's a bit far out (timewise) and I'm not sure where I'll be then. But the San Bernadino mountains sounds like fun. I'd like to hit the Big Bear area in the spring. I'll get back to you then.

Hey Bill....I have time off during the week sometimes and am unable to find others to ride with. I'll keep you in mind. Last year in the spring I rode to Carmel for lunch and back.

Now that sounds like a nice ride. Spring is right around the corner. I'm up for it.

Thumbs up Re: Looking for LT riders in Los Angeles

JudgeBill,
I have an "05 LT and have been looking to ride with other LT owners since I bought mine! I live in Ontario presently and can hook up with you for a Sunday ride!!!!!!! I prefer long rides, 300+ or so, but a put around the hood is also doable. I have riden with Doug Sorchilla before and he is a good egg and always enjoyed my rides with him, so if you care to venture out here yonder, we can make a day of it sometime soon!

I also have a friend in Mission Viejo with an LT and we can hook up with him. Good egg also. Let me know. [email protected] or 626-705-9991.

Regards,

Piernologo.

See you soon.

Re: Looking for LT riders in Los Angeles

Hello Bill,
My name is Don Miller. I live in Riverside and I like to go for all kinds of rides, both near and far on my LT. I'm available during the weekdays and weekends, but prefer to ride on a weekday because traffic is generally lighter. Give me a call 951-688-9646. Lets ride

Didn't the 2 of you meet at my house in Winnetka when we had the tech session a few weeks ago?
