Tom / Karen - Congratulations!

Beautiful house and land. I'm happy for you guys.

So where is the house??? How much land are you on? Looks like a good bit. I really like the lot and the foliage. And that's about the sexiest driveway I've ever seen...

Let's get together either this Sunday or Monday. I'd love to ride out there for a look.

Call me anytime on my cell: XXX-XXX-XXXX

Congrats again!

Tom, I'm really jealous!! We've been doing nothing but looking at houses for 3 days, and nothing comes together. Either the lot or the house is too large/small, and we watch the prices change on a daily basis!

We should have bought the house we saw 18 months ago. It had it all, and at a great price!

I went through the same thing Jay, and the realtors here are all related what a pain it has been, this one wasn't quite what we were looking for, but everything together seems to meet most all of our needs, plus we bought directly from the contractor and he was a dream to deal with, hopefully the closing will be as smooth and on time!

BTW we are close we need to ride sometime soon.

We wish you luck in your home search I sure hope it goes better than ours did for so long

Well, as luck would have it, your NEW BEST FRIEND has a spare bedroom, even in his apartment! Sometimes one has to remember just what the proper priorities are!

We were with the realtor and a builder today, again. We know what house we want to build, the builder has plans for just that house and has built it several times. We just need to get a piece of land suitable for the house. We may have found one today, but we need to hear what the Health Dept. has to say about septic placement.

Hey Tom, we were in Dahlonega yesterday; had lunch, messed around the square and headed back. It was a group ride (Southern Cruisers), I didn't have your # and forgot to check the phone book but you were probably gone anyway!

Had lunch at that rib place next to Moe's Buritto. Pretty good BBQ!

I've done my part, Tom.

Wife and I just today went out and bought a big ole' queen size bed for the guest room, but you'll have to live out of the suitcase. It'll have to do till we get a place built and furnished.

We are officially ready for company. now.
