Re: Paging Mr. Blalock...

Lee,
Sorry for no reply but I have been off the radar for a while. Had the left outside ankle tendon repaired April 19 and the bike has been sitting covered the whole time. I hope I can get back on by mid July.

Re: Paging Mr. Blalock...

No worries, Benton. Was the ankle repair due to an injury? I hope you're healing well. Are you going to physical terrorism to get the ankle working again? Lots of fun, isn't it?

Wink Re: Paging Mr. Blalock...

Ankle was not due to any particular injury, just many years of sports and activities with twisting and turning it. I will find out next Thursday if it is ready for physical terrorism. This boot isn't too bad since I get to take it off and move the foot a bit. My situation is way better than Jeff's. I now have a 'super tendon' as my surgeon calls it.

Talking Re: Paging Mr. Blalock...

Well, now it looks like I will take 'Fire Ball' out for a ride Saturday morning. First ride since April 17. My physical terrorist says as long as she doesn't decide to lay down I should be good to go. Will be using an ankle brace with 10" lace up boots.
Woohoo!

Re: Paging Mr. Blalock...

Benton,
Glad you're healed enough to take a ride. Let us know how everything feels.

Jeff,
I haven't seen an update on your progress. Might have missed it. How are you doing?
