For those who are wanting to ride the "Dragon"

US 129 in Tennessee has re-opened three weeks ahead of schedule.

That is a normal sight.

Growing up in the mountains of WV ( where I learned to ride ) it was very common to see "look out for falling rock" signs just about everywhere. The only time I have ever laid a bike down was when I went around a curve a little too fast and hit a patch of loose gravel and rocks that had just slid down.

To this day I still pucker a little around blind curves....

I liked the idea of riding in and having to ride back out.. Less heavy traffic.
