Re: Rolling Thunder

I was planning to go for my 10th consecutive year, but now my plans are iffy.
I might have a room for you. Keep in touch. Room is at Fairfax Hampton Inn.

Re: Rolling Thunder

We are near Roxboro, not far from the Va. line off of 501N
Are you going the expressway or the fun way?

Thanks for the info. I just made reservations at the Fairfield. We will be riding up Friday morning via the back roads (501N etc.) We will see you there.

Re: Rolling Thunder

We'll be with you in spirit.. In 1986 I carried the Louisiana POW/MIA flag.. Apparently I was the only one there from Louisiana who had ridden the whole way...

There were other Louisiana Veteran's present who did not ride that year.

The flag is now in the Vietnam Veteran's group in Lafayette, Louisiana.
