Talking Cherokee Survivers Rally

Made it down the Cherokee Rally with my older brother, ( Road King Custom ) and a friend and his wife, ( Yamaha riders ) and had a ball. Since I came along we hit the Tail of The Dragon, ( rained ) and made along day of touring. The rally was ok with lots o chrome, tattoos, and bare boobs...oh yes the tits were out ! Anyway a few of the H-D crowd asked about the LT and everybody was pretty kool. I did see only 2 LT's in the crowd and if you read this drop a line....good weekend and lots "o" chrome !!

I'm glad you had a good time and enjoyed yourself, to each his own.

maybe I'm just getting too old for that atmosphere,
I happened to come through Maggie Valley a couple of years ago
while the Cherokee rally was going on,
I couldn't wait to get outta there, way too much traffic, too many @sshole wannabee's,
and the only place I've ever seen more bike trailers and motorhomes is in Daytona during bike week.
no thank you, that's just not for me.

It had a lot of trailers and some of the sweetest H-D's around. If you plan on going just get into the mode and enjoy.....

I didn't care for all the open alcohol while riding. I can enjoy the rally and bikes. I avoid the "hard core" rally atmosphere mostly.
