VIR races 4/28- 4/29?

Anyone going to VIR in Danville VA for the moto/sports car races this weekend? We're undecided as to Saturday or Sunday. But are planning to go.

Any information you may have about best spots at track would be great.

Haven't been to a sports car race since Camel GT in Charloote in like 85.

Yeah. I would really like to see the GT race late Saturday, but Sunday seemed to be the best day. I've never seen a moto race. Do you have any idea where you;ll be? I'm thinking we;ll be around the front stretch area. I was told there are lots of good viewiing places around there.

Hope to see ya there.

Spectator Hill

We always go to the superbike races there. Our favorite place to sit is what's called spectator hill. It is located in turns 4,5 & 6. Great location to catch part of the front stretch and several great turns.
