Smile Let me count th' ways

Okay, I'll give 'er a try. Here goes...

Top Ten Reasons for going to IronHorse:

1: So's I can say "Lookie, Lookie as I point at the 'Tree of Shame' at Deals Gap'.

2: So Ruth and I can enjoy the questionable benefits of spending a weekend in a dry county with a bunch of drunks!

3: To participate in an intellectual conversation debating the merits of 'Ride-On' versus Slime.

4: To listen ever so politely to the 'airheads' er knuckheads dismiss the Honda GL 1800 model '06 equipped with airbag as useless as they strap on their official BMW riding apparel. It's all elJeffe's fault; what with his "Good Scout" post of some time ago!!

5: To be in the presence of Mark Neblett-the patron Saint of "Mother BMW"

6: To laugh so hard in the good company of Don Norwood-Daddy Don that I cry.

7: To be surrounded by good hearted volunteers for anyone who needs a hand or some well intentioned advise; folks like John Reder, Dave Dragon, Jeff Mense; even that Joe fella from somewhere called Cleveland...

8: To have spontaneous combustion between my legs whilst goin' mach 1.3 around a decreasing radius curve and her name isn't Ruth!

9: To know that Admiral Arthur walked on the grounds of IronHorse last April and inspired all that heard his presentation and still hold him close in our collective prayers.

10: Because I'm an American who has the freedom to be with friends of my choice; freedom provided to me and my family by Our Armed Forces worldwide-mucho Thanks!

That's all for now, see 'ya real soon...

But I'm not sure you realize that what you heard is not what I meant
