Tires in Fort Worth, TX
I'm looking at putting a set of AVON Storm XM on my 02' LT. I've called the Fort Worth and Dallas BMW dealers and both places seem high on their prices. I could order them online and take them in for mount and balance but I'd like to buy and install at one place if I can. Where have you been getting your tires and getting them mounted?

I always give the local shop the chance to compete first. Got my front tire recently from americanmototire and it shipped from your area but probably from a warehouse. Good luck with your search!

Re: Tires in Fort Worth, TX
Not too long ago I called my local dealer's service department to get a tire quote. Let them know I was shopping online for the tire and asked if would they price match. To my surprise, they said they would match "reputable" places but not deals like Amazon, etc. The usual disclaimer type stuff.
Before any work started, I pulled it up on my phone to show them, he pulled up on his computer to insure it was the same tire and a current deal vs. an old deal and did the price match. Win-Win.
As my dad used to say, "If you don't ask, you won't get."

Oops. Forgot to actually answer your question. The lower tire price I found was https://www.rockymountainatvmc.com. They were about 30% lower than the original price I received from the dealer.
