2003 Brake fluid flush.
Yesterday Channing Fell (Cfell) and I did the brake fluid flush on my 2003 LT with the help of the instructions from Mark Neblett.
It took about 3 hours from start to finish with the largest amount of time being removal and re-installation of the tupperware. I would say that the actual brake fluid flush took 30-45 minutes including learning how to use the vacuum flush kit I picked up from Harbour Freight. It would have been done in less time if the cap on the vacuum reservoir hadn't cracked rendering it useless half way through the procedure.
Best of all, the brakes still work fine and there are no lights illuminated. I would thing that you would add about 30 minutes to a 12k if you did it at the same time.
I owe Channing a big thanks since this is not a one person job. The write up from Mark Neblett is excellent and made this possible.
