When you have the factory HID it is very difficult to get the cover off because of the ballast being attached to the cover and there are 2 screws at the top along with the spring clip on the bottom.

If mine used the H7 it would have been a lot easier as I would have just upgraded to an LED like I did for the high beam.:wink:

Thanks, you have a long torso as I'm 5' 8" with a 30" inseam, so I guess I definitely need a short windshield. I wish I could get an opinion of the Parabellum other than what is on their website.

It is the chrome trim that is scratched and needs to be replaced, my led lights are fine. My bike has a few cosmetic flaws and the scratched trim is the worst. it's in pretty good shape for almost 13...
