Sirius, how to get in touch with someone you can understand

I have searched the files (albeit not all night) to try to find Dave Dragon's post some years ago about a phone # for Sirius (I think) that would get someone here in the USA. I know he was having trouble with them but forgot what issues he was having with them, does someone know where that thread is?????

Thanks in advance.

Bret, If Dragon's Blog doesn't work for you He has recently re-entered the cyber world and is once again posting on FACEBOOK. Perhaps you could make contact with him there.

No, but I have three radios that are coming due in a few months; I like to haggle with them to keep my business. Last year I got two subscriptions (all channels) for around $ 80.00/ea for the year including taxes and that stupid 'music royalty fee', I also told them I wasn't going to pay their activation fee since I had let one of my subscriptions expire.

I have to remind them that there are tons of FREE radio and that I don't have to have SIRIUS, plus I don't have to listen to their stupid DJ's talk over the songs about useless tidbits of information regarding the artist!

I did call SIRIUS about two weeks ago but got some foreigner that I could not understand and when I asked her to transfer me to an American she gave me the cold shoulder so I just hung up.

They may lose a 7 year customer.

1-866-635-5020.

Say "cancel" at the first voice prompt. You'll be connected immediately to a Retention Agent. Tell them to cancel your service, and then go from there. Good luck.

Mine sounded like they were from Des Moines IA.

I'll try that, here it is a year later and I will be canceling their service this time. They did give me what I wanted last year but I still feel that 50% off is still too much. I will be cancelling 3 radios.

The DJ's, still blah blah blah, all I want to hear is music, especially when are having to pay them!

Thanks for the #; I have another # that is supposed to get you directly with someone who is in THIS country

Just be sure to watch your credit card statements carefully for the next six months. When I canceled mine three months later they restarted it with out my authorization including an activation fee.

Mike I do, I always call the day before.

If that doesn't work I will just put a block on Sirius from my bank!
