I purchased a Mars red 1250RT coming from a 2012 1200RT. The biggest changes I noticed were the improved balance, handling and the power. I also like the feel of the clutch. Automatic Hill start is nice. I use Pro Shift occasionally. I’m extremely happy with the 1250 and have no complaints. I also added the matching color large BMW top case and bmw navigator VI. The top case makes a nice backrest for passenger and place to put helmets when stopped. The BMW navigator VI is really nice also. The power and handling makes riding really fun. I also added handle bar risers and mirrors.
