Shout out to Revzilla!

Ordered and installed the R&G Adventure Bars for my '16 RT from Revzilla (they were on sale for $40 off). Before the bars came, I ordered a set of light mount brackets from eBay that said they would fit 7/8" OR 1.25" bars. Since the bars were described at 7/8" I thought I was good. Then the bars came and I installed them. Found out that they are actually 1" bars, not 7/8". I emailed Revzilla and told them that because their description is wrong, the light brackets I ordered will not work.

They responded and asked for pics of proof. I put my digital calipers on them and took a pic showing the bars were 1" (1.025" to be exact). They admitted their mistake and for my trouble, they sent me a free set of PIAA 360* light mount brackets for 1" bars (a $45 value)!

That's what I call above and beyond.

Re: Shout out to Revzilla!

Good on Revzilla. Had a similar experience with Euromotoelectric. Called them and talked about my airhead generator rotor failure. They concurred with my assessment, I did not order a new one at the time. The next day I called to order one and they said it was already on its way. Wow, the guy said he knew I needed one, I just gave them my card number and thanked them. I love doing business with them.
Revzilla lets you exchange sizes of gear no problem. That is the needed kick for doing things on the web.
I like to support my local BMW dealers but until they put their collective feet down on the constant every year increase of OEM part prices I will order on line with no sales tax and delivered to my door. I'm done with the nasty prices BMW NA thinks they can charge for parts. $250 for one tire pressure monitor. You need two. Then you need them installed if you don't do your own tires, or have a side deal somewhere. So you are in to it for $700 to just get fresh tire pressure senders. Please. I can do several cars for that. Okay, I'll stop.

Re: Shout out to Revzilla!

Revzilla is a class act for sure. Four of us bought Sena 30K comms when they first came out. Lots of problems with the 'new release' so Revzilla took them back no problem..

We all then ordered the Sena 20S Evo from Revzilla and have been very pleased with those.

Awesome customer service..

Re: Shout out to Revzilla!

I'll just add on - Revzilla is the tops. I've ordered plenty of gear from them and have stopped in at the old warehouse shop and the new shop in the shipyards in Philly many a time. Always super easy to deal with and great after purchase support, if needed.

Same here. They are my go to retailer. Not for the prices per se but because I know their customer support is over-the-top excellent.

Re: Shout out to Revzilla!

They will price match most other online competitors, they have an online process where you can submit it. I've done it a hand full of times, normally takes them an hour or so and then you will have the approval. Of course you can always call and get a yes/no right away.

Price matching: Yes! That, and $15 in "ZillaCash" is how I got my new set of Bridgestone T31 GT's for $213 shipped to my door (then I got an extra $60 rebate on top of that!!!).

Re: Shout out to Revzilla!

The amount of time they devote to making very informative videos for almost every product is truly appreciated too.
