Strapping down Canyon EX Tank Bag

Got my tank bag and thought it would be a little straight forward to strap it on. I am not sure where to secure the rear strap under the seat, lots of wires under there. And the front straps appears to have 2 choices:
1: slide the straps with the velcro together under the oval shape extension of the radio dashboard or
2: put some velcro around the forward edge of the radio dashboard

ANyone got a best recommendation for hooking it up? I think I am going to be very happy with this bag. Well made and hold alot for a tank bag
Thanks again guys
