Smile all around boots

any advice on polish for this boot with gore-tex liner

Best is to go with the manufacturer's recommendation. I've seen some indication the BMW boots are made by Oxtar.
In the absence of that, Nikwax and ReviveX make products for leather boots that are Gore-Tex approved.
