Heated jacket`

I made a mistake and let my wife wear my Gerbings jacket on our last ride. Does anyone know where the best prices are on these jackets?
Thanks!

Re: Heated jacket`

Go to Gerbing.com and click on "Clearance" on the left side or

http://heatedclothingoutlet.com/index.shtml

If you're lucky they will have something in your size. I had to check back for a while before I found one in my size.

Check IBMWR.........Marketplace........Etc.......Clothin g..... Over time there's usually some decent, used Girbing deals listed there. There's a few jacket liners at the moment, but I don't believe an are womens' sizes. I'm not aware retailers offering consistent discounts on Girbing gear. Dealers (like ours...Morton's BMW in VA) run Girbing sales occasionally...but not often, and usually to move discontinued stock.

I had a bit of the reverse circumstance of yours. For years I ran on old Widder heated vest with just an on-off switch. I never knew that heated wires shrank....but after 10 years the vest wouldn't zip. Damn shrinking inconel ! Anyway, after my wife started riding, I got her a full set of Girbings, jacket liner, pants liner, gloves, socks, controller. She loved the stuff! I finally gave my Widder vest and gloves to a new teenage rider and bought a jacket liner, controller, and cords. I will NEVER go any other way again in cool weather.

Re: Heated jacket`

Try this website http://www.jafrum.com I ended up buying the tourmaster jacket. Works great too.

Good luck in your search.

Re: Heated jacket`

Southern,
I see alot about TourMaster. Can I run Gerbings and Tourmaster together or do I have to have seperate controllers?
