Kathy's LT Rack Pack

I just got Kathy's LT Rack Pack. Very nice and will work well, is the strap with it just a shoulder carry strap or is it used in addition to the velcro tabs to secure the pack to the rack? Just wondering if anyone one has tips on its use. Seems pretty simple.

Re: Kathy's LT Rack Pack

I loop the straps down thru the rack on both sides and then back over the top of the bag and buckle it in the center. I then fold the top flap over the strap.

You read my mind Thanks. BTW, do you ride at work?

Same here, works well.

If we are riding two up we will put our Olympia liners in there.

Had my dealer order it from them too. Got the whole set. Still have the four bags. My strap goes on top of the flap.

Yes I do, but not the bike in my avatar. That was about 10 years ago.

Re: Kathy's LT Rack Pack

We used Kathy's Racksack from Bob's BMW on our last long ride, on top of our top case. We stored various supplies and our jacket liners. It worked great and gave us the extra storage we needed.
