Question Today's daily double: Electric shield?

I'm looking at buying an electric shield for my Gmax GM44 helmet. Never heard of this before and can't find much write up on them online. Does anyone have any experience with this?

My GM44 fogs pretty bad, even with applying all kinds of anti fog sprays.

I'm going to try the breath deflector first and then maybe buy the electric shield if that doesn't work.

You find those on snowmobile helmets here in Michigan. I've never used one since I don't have a snowmobile but the riders here seem to like them.

Re: Today's daily double: Electric shield?

I have the pin-lock anti fog shield on my helmet & it is only good to about 10 degrees. My next helmet will have the electric shield. I need a 100 % clear visor when I'm riding at night so I can see any possible ice on the roads. It is next to impossible to see ice spots in time if your visor has any fog at all.
