Nolan N102, how to remove and change Clear Visor

Good morning lads

I have prolem as i get my helmet re-painted and i can easilly remove sun visor, but i just cant figure out how to get clear visor off even i have manual, but that is waist of time i have to say,, as it say "with out tools" and there is NO way that i can do anything with my fingers as they and like tiny sausages,, so do some one have Pictureal or How to change visor for dummies version in they computer for my Nolan N 102 flit helmet

remove sunviser remove the cover over the ratchet thingy with clear viser closed grab hold of the black doova and rotate it anti clockwise (LH) clockwise (RH) the clear viser will then come off

Morning Matey

it wont budge and turning right side to "anti" clock wise meaning direction of closing the viser, BUT then anti clockwise on the right side meaning same direction as viser opens??

but i tryed with hands and no way it move, I pushed it down agains the helmet,not moving,, used screw driver and gave small tabb, wont mover, can't pull it up either,,,

manual talking that something need t be open b4?? cant see anything what could be opend, and UNDER the "cap" where is "L" and "R" on respective sides,, i cant lift that cap off either

Im kind of stuked like that helmet,,,,LOL

it took me only 1min to open it,,,,now helmet for repainting and get some nice tattoo on it,,
