New helmet and jacket

I just purchased the Shark Evoline helmet and I love it. I goes from a full face to 3/4 very easily. The chin guard flips up and over and is very secure in the back. It has a clear visor and well as a top gun style shaded visor that goes up and down.

I also bought a Firstgear Kenya jacket. I called Firstgear to place my order and get help sizing. The jacket is very tight, I have a hard time bending my arms at the elbow. It is a lot better when I take the liner out. I hope it gives a little over time.

Re: New helmet and jacket

I purchased one of those early in the season. I love it, but don't like the full face as it makes it hard to turn my head as the full face part hits on my shoulder and I cannot look fully to the left or right. So most of the time I ride without the full face, unless out on the highway. I love the tinted screen and its ease of use as well as the clear face guard. If I had it to do again and had been able to test the full face feature I would not have bought it and gone with a good 3/4 shield with a sun and clear shield. I like full face, but just haven't found one that gives me good visability when turning my head. Maybe my neck is too short.
