Tank bag with GPS

I'm in the market for a tank bag and have read many helpful comments. Can any tell me if any if the bags favored including the Cortech Super Mini, RKA 8.5 or any of the Marsee bags will work with the stock GPS mounted on the stingray. Can you still see the GPS with the bags installed?

Thanks in advance

Re: Tank bag with GPS

Hi,

I have a Marsee Bag on the stingray and a GPS mounted over the dash. The GPS is easily visible. I now have a Magellan GPS but it's still clearly visible. I'm including an older side picture but everything still lines up with no problems. When I have the bag on, I run the power into the bag and have a 2 plug splitter inside to run the GPS and my Cell charger or MP3. I put a 12v marine plug in the stingray that I use for power otherwise.

Re: Tank bag with GPS

I'm using the RKA with a Zumo550 on the BMW mount and visibility is fine. With the bag in the extended open position it is still visible but have to lean forward a bit but, no biggie.
