Please compare the Olympia Airglide Hi Rez to the BMW Airshell Hi Rez

I am going to get a hi rez jacket and think I have narrowed it down to these two. The BMW Airshell Jacket, ($449 ouch!) or the Olympia Airglide ($229 better price). Can anyone compare the two as to venting? If the jacket is not cool, I wont wear it because in SC the humid heat we have in June-Aug gets stifling. Is the BMW worth the extra money or is the Olympia just as, or nearly as, good?

Assume you mean hi-vis...as in neon colored?

I have the Olympia AirGlide jacket and I love it. Have worn it in 95 F, as well as 40F (with the liner). I was just down in NC for a week and it was quite comfortable in that humidity...as long as you're moving obviously. Sorry, but don't have a comparison to offer for the BMW other than to say that BMW makes nice gear, but they're awfully proud of it too!

I wish I could think of clever things to say in my signature.

Agree, Olympia mesh jacket and pants are great. Don't know about the BMW gear.
