BMW 1 piece rainsuit review

I think the model is ProRain 2, it can be seen here- LINK I bought this at the local dealer very recently, mainly because it fit me better than the other brands they carry.

I went on a trip yesterday and returned today, and it rained both days, sometimes torrential. Yesterday everything was great, no issues whatsoever. The heavier rain was mostly today, and when I got home I noticed the knee area of my jeans and the top of my thighs were pretty damp. This is an area where you are in contact with the suit while riding, but still I was surprised by this.

I wonder if this is normal for this suit. I read other reviews and they were favorable, riding in heavy rain with no issues, etc. If this is going to be the norm, I want something better. I only rode ~300 miles today, I wonder what it would have been like if I rode longer.

If I got wet on the second day of wearing a new rain suit, you can bet it would be returned to the dealer. Unacceptable.
