Ultimate winter riding gear

As the temperature drops down into the frigid 40's overnight here in the Old Pueblo it got me to thinking about continuing to ride into the REALLY arctic weather we'll get here in January. All the way down to FREEZING! Brrrrrr.

(Yep, we have an average of 12 nights below freezing every winter)

What better way to continue riding into the bitter cold than a new North Face Himalaya Suit (for a cool $1K and probably worth every nickle) to a wearable sleeping bag from Lippi ($336.00) for the ultimate dough boy look. The Lippi #3 can also be made in bright yellow for all you hi - viz freaks.

An excellent and inexpensive alternative is the Carhart Men's Extreme coverall made from 1000 Denier Cordura - the GOOD stuff which will save your skin - at only $196.00. A little Bohn body army under wear underneath and you would be bulletproof in a get off.

Where's my blankie?

I charged $5.00 a driveway in 1968 - they called me larcenous, but I also did the front walk and porch as a bonus. (They all GLADLY paid up!)

I want an address Ron. I'm sure there are some neighbors that "might" remember! It's still a small town
