I've got gas.....

....on my boots. I was filling the bike up this am and when I was finished while putting the nozzle back in its place some fuel spilled onto my boots. The smell is pretty potent. Does anyone have any ideas to get rid of the smell I have tried mild detergent with just plan water.

My boots are Daytona Road Star.

Thanks

Re: I've got gas.....

Just a thought. You might try some of that automotive hand cleaner. I know it works to remove the smell from my hands when working on the bike.

Thanks I think

I am going to try some of the cleaning conditioning cream to see if it cuts the "cheese" odor!
