I have one and I like the helmet. It's pretty comfortable and the quality is not bad for the price. The flip up is a little sticky at times but not bad. It seemed to work better than the HJC CL Max that I tried on at a shop which was real sticky. The only issue I have is that it leaves little patterned dents in my forehead when taking off the helmet. I guess it's from the pattern of the liner in the helmet. Here is a website that has a review of the helmet and many more. Hopefully this helps you. http://www.webbikeworld.com/

Question on Vega helmets

I have the Vega Summit. For the money I don't believe that you can go wrong. It is a comfortable helmet with a plush liner. It does leave the waffle pattern on your fore head as stated earlier. I've never had a problem with the face shield. As a matter of fact, the face shield fits very well on the helmet with little to no noise or leak. I have three shields of different color shades. Very quiet helmet.

I had a Shuberth Concept and in my opinion the Vega is much more to my liking. Quiet, Comfortable and no leaks.

Well priced.

Thumbs down I purchased 3

I have since moved on to a Nolan N100E, but wife still wears hers. I found it noisy, kinda cold, and leaky. I ride most every day in Maine, and a cold head sucks!
My son swapped his out for a full face, due to the same issues. It was ok for the price, just ok though.

20 grand & 2K miles don't make you a biker

IT SAID "LIVE TO RIDE" ON THEIR TRAILER

We have 2

Both my wife and I bought the Vega flipup.

We were challanged by a dealer to try them and if we didn't like them he would exchange them for anything else he had in his shop. They turned out to be great. So much so that they are the only helmet we wear. The others gather dust in the garage. Of course we only have 4K miles on them. But so far they are comfortable. Like others have said, they do leave imprints on your forehead, especially if you are follicle challenged like some of us.

Also, I had found them on the internet and the dealer met the price and threw in the sun strips that go across the top of the shield.

We always get asked what brand and where did we get them. We have the white diamond, which of course will go with any color bike. Also, from a safety standpoint, white provides more visibility.

Great product.
